She trained as an engineer at the University of Waterloo and holds an MBA from Babson College, and mentors people stepping into leadership outside of work.
Shrikant Kshirsagar
Co-founder
Shrikant builds the systems this business runs on, after years shipping technology at Amazon, Intel, and early-stage biotech ventures. He trained as an engineer at IIT Bombay and did graduate work in mathematics and mechanical engineering at UC Berkeley.

Do you manage our servers, network, or backups?+
No.
Where does our data live?+
In your systems. We don't host or store your business data by default. If an exception is ever needed, we agree it in writing first.
What if we stop working with you?+
You keep every tool we configured and the access to run it. That's the point.
How fast do you respond?+
We acknowledge within four business hours, Monday to Friday, 9–5 Eastern. We don't offer 24/7.
Do you work outside New England?+
